More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling distinct areas of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
